As we close another year, I find myself reflecting on the dynamics of giving, receiving, and taking—concepts that come to life especially during the holiday season.
When someone asks, “What would you like to receive?” do you have a clear answer? Often, we don’t. We seldom dare to receive—it requires a vibrant psychological infrastructure to receive massively, on demand, rather than by default. Instead, we mostly take—acquiring every day, at every chance. When it comes to giving, we tend to give what we have plenty of. That is wonderful. But what does it truly mean to give?
True giving, I have realized, is offering what holds the greatest value to us—what costs us the most. It’s training ourselves to let go of everything we fear losing, to ultimately pass through the eye of the needle. True giving is rooted in the inherent faith that we are provided for, that we have the capacity to manifest at will, to access the liquidity field of abundance on demand.
This week, I had a profound experience that tested my understanding of receiving and letting go. A generous contributor gifted me a significant sum in crypto a few weeks ago—intended, as he jokingly said, to “carry me through Christmas.” I responded with deep gratitude, “most likely until next Christmas.” I transferred most of it to a cold wallet—a Ledger key to securely hold the funds. Everything seemed smooth until Christmas Eve, when I checked my Ledger.
It was completely wiped out.
An hour after my transfer, the funds had been hacked. My seed phrase—essentially the key to the account—had somehow been compromised. Despite the security I believed a crypto cold wallet offered, I learned the hard way that nothing is truly invulnerable.
The shock was immediate, a visceral response that rippled through my body. My mind raced: How did this happen? My heart ached: Why? But as I took a deep breath, I reminded myself to release and allow—prime keys to creation and manifestation. I calmly reported the issue and simply let it be—a continuous training to let go of what we are attached to. This event was a lesson, a reminder that we can never truly control what we hold, only how we flow with it.
It also reaffirmed that the quantum field responds literally to intentions, beliefs, and thoughts—and the higher the frequency you are on, the quicker the manifestation. I am a firm advocate for giving most of what we receive. By blessing others, every currency spent returns multifold. It must flow; it is liquidity, and it applies to myself as well. I was gifted a deeper understanding of faith, abundance, and trust—a reminder to walk the talk.
In French, the word entrepreneur means the same as in English, but it also translates to “between takers.” It is a fitting reflection of the current economy, where taking—profit, market share, resources—is central. But what if our mindset shifted from taking to giving? What if we became entredoneurs, creating prosperity not through accumulation but through fearless generosity?
This is the foundation of A’FLOW, a project I am building as a DAO—a decentralized network designed to redefine how funds could flow within communities, emphasizing trust, generosity, and continuous flux. It operates as a perpetual trust fund in motion, encouraging individuals to contribute and receive fearlessly by circulating funds rather than accumulating them. I am excited for this project to come to life in 2025. Staying a’flow and in a state of prosperity will be crucial. Banks and dams may no longer control rivers for long. Letting go of the old paradigm of scarcity and embracing the flow will be more essential than ever. If this vision resonates with you, I warmly invite you to join the next development session.
As this year comes to a close, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all of you—to everyone I crossed paths with, incredible circles of people. Each encounter has been meaningful, shaping this journey in ways both seen and unseen. I have had profound moments of heart opening this year. I also want to thank you for your attention and subscription to my writing and work, and for your freewill contributions—your generosity is commendable and trains me to receive and give at ever-deeper levels.
As we move toward 2025, I hold faith in what lies ahead and trust that every step forward is part of a larger flow. Wishing each of you fearless receiving and giving, deep-hearted connection, and boundless prosperity for 2025 — Frederi⏀ue T.
